  • preheat oven to 375* -- lightly grease 2-12" pizza pans --
  • cream butter, sugars, cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl.
  • add eggs -- beat until light --
  • combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl --
  • add to creamed mixture --
  • blend well.
  • stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • divide dough in half.
  • press into prepared pans.
  • bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
  • cool completely in pans on wire racks.to serve cut into slim wedges.

  1. This is the same as Tracy's pizza pan cookies - also on this site. I've been making this recipe for years and has always been hugely popular. The only thing I've done different is made it in 3 8 inch cake pans or lately I just pour into a 9x13 pan (so they are basically really good blondies) as I like a thicker softer bar.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
