- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 4 ounces turkey pepperoni
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1⁄2 green pepper
- 8 ounces cooked whole wheat noodles
- 6 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
- 16 ounces pizza sauce
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
directions
- Cook Pasta & drain.
- Cook Ground beef with diced onions & green Peppers.
- Spray 13x9 pan. Spread pasta in the bottom. Layer cheese, ground beef & turkey pepperoni. Spread sauce over top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake @350' for 30-35 mins or until cheese is melted & bubbly.
- Serves 10.
