1. I’m always looking for easy and quick recipes & these are a huge hit for my 3 grandsons!! The oldest would eat these for every meal if I let him. Thanks.

 2. I make this frequently and serve it with warmed marinara to dip the wedges into. It is a hit usually for everyone (including me and hubby) who eats it, and so simple and fast. Thanks for posting this on Recipezaar!

 3. Cheap and easy!!! i have a quesadilla maker so its soo much cooler in the house during the summer to just plug in the quesadilla maker in stead of heating up the oven

 4. Wow, this is one of those "why didn't I think of that" recipes! You posted a recipe that finally got my kids and I out of a boring lunch time rut of the same old same old. New recipes don't always go over well with my 5 yr old and 17 month old, but they both inhaled these! I used whole wheat tortillas & mixed some part skim mozzarella with 2% cheddar for the cheese. I also used turkey pepperoni & a fresh marinara I made with garden ripe tomatoes & fresh basil. Super yummy lunch that the mommy (me :) ) loved as much as the kids. My daughter calls them pizzadillas and asks for them often now. Can't wait to make one for a snack for my hubby! Thanks!

 5. Great recipe, I make these alot for my picky son when he doesn't like what I am cooking. I sometimes skip the sauce and spread half with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder then add the pepperonis and cheese. I use two whole tortillas one as the bottom and one as the top then cut into eight pieces. Thanks for posting this great recipe.

I am a stay-at-home mom to three great kids. Their ages are 6, 4, and 2 months. My oldest started school this year, but I still love getting to stay home with my other two. When I get some me time, I love surfing the internet, reading and watching T.V.

I'm not that great of a cook and don't cook that often. Honestly, I mess up dishes more often than not, so I almost always do super-easy foolproof meals...like hot dogs and fries. I would love to be the mom that can make anything from scratch...but I have a long way to go.
