Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Remove sausage from casing and crumble into frying pan. Cook until brown, breaking up with a fork. Drain well.
  2. Beat eggs and stir in milk, sausage, cheese and chilies (or peppers).
  3. Pour into pastry shell.
  4. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
