While you prepare the dough, have your family pull their favorite pizza toppings from the fridge. Then have everyone roll, fill and fold their way to a deliciously laid back dinner.”

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. CRUST: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Add evaporated milk, stirring with a fork until rough dough forms. Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 30 seconds.,.
  4. Divide dough into 2 pieces. On a floured surface, roll each piece into a 16-inch circle. Cut each circle into 4 wedges.
  5. Spread on tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese and favorite ingredients. Roll up each wedge tightly from the wider edge inches Place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp grated cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool about 5 minutes before serving.
  7. NOTE: Serve some extra tomato sauce to use for dipping.
