  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In skillet brown hamburger with onion and peppers.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add pizza sauce.
  5. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Layer pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, or whatever toppings you are using. (This is also good without any additional toppings.).
  7. Then sprinkle with mozzarella.
  8. Cover the top with a layer of tater tots.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
