- 10 flour tortillas
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 40 slices pepperoni
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 garlic
- 1⁄4 oregano
directions
- Take can tomato sauce and add spices; mixing well and set aside.
- In a skillet use non-stick cooking oil to coat the bottom.
- lay a tortilla flat in the pan.
- put 1/4 Celsius cheese on half of the tortilla.
- top cheese with 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni.
- fold the tortilla in half and brown lightly.
- flip and brown lightly.
- Place on a plate and pour a small amount of sauce on the side for dipping.
- serve with freshly sliced green peppers and carrots.
