Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except nuts in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring to dissolve sugar.
  3. Stir while cooking rapidly to almost the gel point.
  4. About 15 minutes of a rolling boil add nuts cook and stir for 5 more minutes.
  5. Pour into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  6. Process 10 minutes in a hot water bath.
  7. Cool at room temperature, check seals, and store for up to one year in your pantry.
  8. Chill after opening.
