  • 1 12 kg plums, pitted and chopped
  • 2 12 cups sugar

  • Combine plums and sugar in saucepan. Heat until boiling.
  • Continue boiling until mixture reaches 220 - 225 degrees.
  • Pour into sterilized jars and process.
