Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 34 cups uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 34 cup butter, melted
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract
  • Filling
  • 2 cups plums, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 14 cup raspberry preserves

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, soda, butter and almond extract till combined well. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture. Press remaining mixture into a 9x9 pan. Bake 15 minutes.

  3. Combine the plums, sugar, and the flour. Stir in the raspberry preserves. Spread onto partially baked crust. Sprinkle on the remaining streusel topping. Bake another 25 minutes oor till lightly brown.
