Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb cusk fillets, cubed into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pint water
  • salt and pepper
  • drawn butter

Directions

  1. Heat water in a shallow saucepan.
  2. Add S& P.
  3. Add cusk pieces.
  4. Poach until fork tender and cooked through about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve with drawn butter.
