  1. salt the water.
  2. preheat the oven (180°C).
  3. bring the water to boil.
  4. stir the polenta carefully and whisk it so there are no lumps.
  5. stir until is very thick (about 5 minutes for the quick cooking, 30 minutes for regular).
  6. pour the polenta in the pan.
  7. spread the tomato sauce.
  8. sprinkle with oregano and salt.
  9. sprinkle with mozzarella and other toppings (different cheese, vegetables,etc).
  10. put in the oven till the cheese is melted.
