- 29.58 ml pomegranate syrup
- 29.58 ml raw apple cider
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 2.46 ml cumin seeds, lightly crushed or 2.46 ml ground cumin
- 14.79 ml honey (can sub agave)

directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Depending on the size of the carrots either cut in half or quarters lengthwise.
- Whisk together the glaze mixture and toss with the carrots.
- Place the carrots in an oven proof roasting dish.
- Roast for about 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
