  1. melt the butter in a cast iron pan
  2. put the Pork chops on top of the butter.
  3. then add Pomegranate juice and cook it for about 30 minutes over low to medium-low to low heat, occasionally adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar to the juice.
  4. Then, after about 30 minutes, remove the chops and let them cool.
  5. Meanwhile, turn up the heat on the Pomegranate juice cooking liquid, reduce it by about half (to concentrate the flavors).
  6. Serve the Pomegranate Juice concentrate as a "gravy" to pour over the Pork chops.
