  • melt the butter in a cast iron pan
  • put the Pork chops on top of the butter.
  • then add Pomegranate juice and cook it for about 30 minutes over medium-low to low heat, occasionally adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar to the juice.
  • Then, after about 30 minutes, remove the chops and let them cool.
  • Meanwhile, turn up the heat on the Pomegranate juice cooking liquid, reduce it by about half (to concentrate the flavors).
  • Serve the Pomegranate Juice concentrate as a "gravy" to pour over the Pork chops.
