Pooh's Honey Chocolate Sauce

  • 113.39 g semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • 59.16 ml water
  • 59.14 ml honey
  • 29.58 ml butter

directions

  • Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and butter. Beat well until smooth. Pour it over ice cream or cake.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sauce to a glass of warm milk and stir.
  • Store in an airtight jar. It will keep in the fridge for a week or more. Reheat gently but do not boil if you want the sauce warm again.
