- Gather all of your ingredients. Start by boiling the pasta in a large pot.
- Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
- Add Garlic and Pinon Nuts to the Butter and stir.
- Cook on medium heat until Pinon Nuts are golden brown / toasted. About 3 minutes. Do NOT Burn! They cook quickly!
- Add Half of the oil to the cooked pasta and stir.
- Add the other half of the Olive Oil to the cooked Pinon Nuts and stir.
- Mix cooked Pinon Nuts into Pasta.
- Add Red Chili flakes Season to taste using Parmesan, Salt, and Pepper. Mix.
- Serve warm or cold and Enjoy!
