  • Gather all of your ingredients. Start by boiling the pasta in a large pot.
  • Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
  • Add Garlic and Pinon Nuts to the Butter and stir.
  • Cook on medium heat until Pinon Nuts are golden brown / toasted. About 3 minutes. Do NOT Burn! They cook quickly!
  • Add Half of the oil to the cooked pasta and stir.
  • Add the other half of the Olive Oil to the cooked Pinon Nuts and stir.
  • Mix cooked Pinon Nuts into Pasta.
  • Add Red Chili flakes Season to taste using Parmesan, Salt, and Pepper. Mix.
  • Serve warm or cold and Enjoy!
