  1. Very tasty little snack! I tried with ketchup and also with homemade pizza sauce since I had some in the fridge; I liked both equally. I used club crackers instead of Ritz as they were what I had on hand and also used banana pepper rings instead of pepperoni. I already knew that I love the combo of cheese, cracker, hot pepper, and tomato, but this was a new way to add the tomato to the mix. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I give a 3 star rating beacuse I liked them, but my husband who is a real pizza lover really didn't like them at all. He said it was way too ketchup-y, and I didn't use too much ketchup either. He said maybe with pizza sauce instead of the ketchup, we may try that sometime.

  3. How could I not give you 5 stars for creating this great little appetizer yourself! I know it is a definite to be kid friendly, but not with your nephew (of course). As soon as he saw ketchup, that was it for him. Well that meant I just had to enjoy all of them. I made about 12 and I couldn't throw away one, so I called them my dinner! I guess that was no worse than having a couple slices of pizza, and it was enjoyed just as well. I especially like the ease of making this and next time we have a party you should bring your appy! Thank you Sis! Now get us some more recipes posted! Oh yeah, and Merry Christmas!!! Love ya!!!

  4. I just had to try it, and I'm glad I did. I added mustard to mine, which gave a bit of bite.

I have been called Monkey since I was three. My sister Tina ("Chef Mommie") started that! I am now 37. Everyone calls me Monkey, even my teachers in High School called me Monkey. My neices and nephews become teenagers before they even realize I have another name. My real name is Michele. Tina is always getting me to try recipes and sample her cooking. She recently gave me some of the best pumkin cookies I have ever had. I decided it is time to get more involved myself since she teased me and told me I couldn't have the recipe for the cookies. Ha, I found them here before she could give it to me. This is a great recipe site!
