Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoons butter

Directions

  1. Butter both sides of bread with 1 tsp each.
  2. Take a small class cup and cut a circle in bread.
  3. On medium heat place bread and bread circle in skillet.
  4. put 1/2 tsp of butter in each circle of bread.
  5. Put egg in hole and fry.
  6. Flip once to grill both sides.
