  • Air Dry Chicken in Fridge then pat dry.
  • Season chicken liberally as if doing a rub of BBQ.
  • Let seasoning marinate into chicken 18 hours or overnight.
  • Combine 2 Cups of Flour, Egg, and Milk .Add enough water to give it a light pancake batter consistency.
  • Combine the other 2 cups of flour, baking powder, and corn starch.
  • For regular chicken dip in batter then flour for tenders flour, batter, flour.
  • Add Beef Tallow to your frying oil. Amount might have to be adjusted based on how much soybean oil you use.
  • Fry of 345 Degrees.
