  1. This is my all time favorite recipe for bread. Everyone requests I make this. Moist and flavorful Great sliced and spread with softened, salted butter. Makes 4 small or 2 regular size loafs. Yum!!

  2. A great recipe. It even turned my skeptical, non-poppy-seed-lovin' husband into a fan. My kids devour this!

  3. Turned my skeptical, non-poppy seed fan husband into a believer. My family all loves this recipe. A keeper!

  4. This is a recipe that my Mom has been making for years. These are very delicious!!! The differences are she uses 3 tablespoons poppy seeds and 2 teaspoons almond extract. She also makes hers into about 30 muffins. After pouring the muffin mix into liners she adds a generous amount of sugar to each muffin. Baking at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until tops are a golden brown. Excellent snack!!!

  5. I halfed this recipe to make only one loaf. Fabulous! Now I wish I had made the whole recipe instead. I used 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 oil and it was still very moist. Thanks for a great recipe!

In what spare time I actually have I enjoy reading, shopping, and being with friends and family. I love love cooking for a crowd. My secret dream job would be to own my own catering company. Maybe someday! The only pet peeve I have is people who are negative and try to bring you down with them. <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/FFF/Switzerland-FFF4.gif"> <img src="http://www.caymandesigns.com/foodothers/fallswap.jpg"> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/Animation1.gif" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com"> <img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b280/carolinamoon21/Stockingswapcopy.jpg">
