Poppy Seed Chicken

ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄8 cup poppy seed
- 1⁄8 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Ritz crackers
directions
- boil chicken until cooked all the way through.
- cut up in bite sized pieces.
- place in 9x13 baking dish.
- season with onion salt and any other spices you like.
- add remaining ingredients except for Ritz and stir.
- crush Ritz and sprinkle across the top.
- If you prefer you can soak Ritz in butter, this will make it really yummy, but if I want to cut the fat I do it without the butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until it bubbles and crackers are browning.
