Poppy Seed Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 18 cup poppy seed
  • 18 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Ritz crackers

directions

  • boil chicken until cooked all the way through.
  • cut up in bite sized pieces.
  • place in 9x13 baking dish.
  • season with onion salt and any other spices you like.
  • add remaining ingredients except for Ritz and stir.
  • crush Ritz and sprinkle across the top.
  • If you prefer you can soak Ritz in butter, this will make it really yummy, but if I want to cut the fat I do it without the butter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until it bubbles and crackers are browning.
