Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender. If you only have a regular blender, blend all ingredients together except the oil and poppy seeds. While the blender is still running, remove the top and slowly drizzle the oil. Shut blender off. Pour dressing into bowl and whisk in poppy seeds.
  2. Pour over salad and toss.
