ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup Minute Rice
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1⁄3 cup onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients and form meatballs.
- Combine sauce, water and worcestershire in pot.
- Bring to boil and add meatballs.
- Cook 45 minutes on low until done.

I really liked this recipe. I wasn't really expecting much, but KylaM was right, it was great on mashed potatoes. I was looking for something that wouldn't take long to make, and although this had to cook for awhile, the prep time made it easy. I served it over garlic flavored instant potatoes, and really enjoyed it. I sent it to work with my husband, and he says it heats up great, too!
