Directions

  1. Combine beef, onion, ¼ cup water and uncooked rice. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  2. Combine soup, chili powder, salt and ½ cup water. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  5. To serve: Thaw and heat.
  6. Variation: this recipe can be frozen prior to baking. Prepare as above, except place all in freezer bag instead of baking dish. To serve: thaw, place in greased baking dish. Bake, covered at 350 for 1 hour.
