Porcupine Meatballs and Sauce

"An easy, fast, kids will eat them up meatball and sauce recipe. My sister-in-law gave me this recipe when I stayed with her. Now it's the only recipe I use when making meatballs"

  • Porcupine Meatballs:

  • Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
  • Shape into balls.
  • Fry in oil until brown and drain.
  • Sauce:

  • Mix the sauce, brown sugar, water, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce together.
  • Pour over the meat.
  • Cook until the rice is tender, approx 45 minutes.
  • Pour over spaghetti and enjoy !
