ingredients
- 600 g lean ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon beef stock powder
- 1 egg white

SAUCE
- 420 g tomato soup
- 425 g crushed tomatoes
- 1⁄2 onion, finely diced
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef stock powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic (in jar)
directions
- Prehat oven to 190C fan forced.
- In large casserole dish (that has lid) combine all ingredients listed to make sauce.
- Pour into casserole dish and leave to one side.
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients listed to make meatballs. Using your hands mix together well. Shape into 12 round meatballs,
- add to casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
