I have waited a long time to rate this. I made two loafs several months ago and gave them to my DIL. She put them in her freezer and used them over the holidays. She said that all her guests loved them and they both were finished in one morning, topped with cream cheese and blueberry jam. NOBODY even guessed what was in these. From her you get 5 stars. The third loaf was only a mini loaf(not enough batter for another large loaf)and was given to my mailman for Labor Day holiday. He said He liked it but his wife thought it was bitter...thus the four stars. My promise to make these again and try it MYSELF!

Even though I haven't been here for a long time, MY recipes aren't up for adoption. :) And don't change any of them either. ;)
