1. I made these meatball size and not as big burgers then baked them in the oven and they were delicious, so moist too. We had them as an appetizer. Seems size doesn't matter here !!!

 2. Great burgers! I don't care for onions so left them out, otherwise made as directed. The cheese gave these a nice texture and I really liked the flavor of the worcestershire sauce in this. Grilled these over charcoal and really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe!

 3. I liked these alot. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I omitted it. I also reduced the garlic and they still turned great. Will definitely make again. Good recipe! Chef 313014

 4. We really enjoyed these. The cheese kept the burgers moist and gave the outside a nice crust. I increased the pepper and tabasco a bit and used all the worcestershire. I will make these again, but will add a fresh herb-sage or lemon thyme would be my choices to go with pork and cheese, but parley will would do in a pinch just for a bit of colour.

 5. Peter these were delicious, I ended up using a mix of pork and lean beef, I also dropped the Worcestershire sauce to 1 Tbsp for personal preferances. They were lovely and juicy with great flavours, the added cheese was excellent as some of it got a little crusty as it cooked through on the sides and thats just how I like my patties. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

I live close Hobart in Tasmania, a wonderful part of Australia but a little chilly in winter so be sure to book your holiday for summer! I'm self-employed in the embedded electronics area and being at home most of the day gives me plenty of time to prepare those recipes with long preparation and cooking times. As most of my clients are either interstate or overseas I get to occasionally catch up with them and enjoy their local restaurants, always nice to have someone else paying the bills!

As well as food I'm partial to the odd beer & wine, so often like to go to a local pub and catch some local bands. No need for an alarm clock in the morning, my cat Molly likes her breakfast at 8:00AM sharp and makes an effective alarm! Lately I've been starting to get into some digital photography so you might be seeing a few additional recipe shots on Zaar...
