Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 -10 ounce mushroom soup
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package onion soup mix (dry, not sure of the ounces in the soup mix.)
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Fry pork chops until browned in a frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. Mix other ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
  3. Lay chops on top.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
