  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) packetgood seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking pan.
  3. Place your pork chops in the pan.
  4. In a bowl, place your chopped onion, cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup, and microwave on high for about 1½-2 minutes.
  5. Stir contents of bowl until cream cheese is incorporated into the mix; add the packet of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing mix (regular or zesty) and stir again.
  6. Divide this sauce evenly over the pork chops in the pan.
  7. Sprinkle generous amounts of cheddar cheese over each chop.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness of pork chops) or until internal temperature of the meat is 170ºF.
  9. Serve over garlic mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta with a nice vegetable on the side.
