Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 in thick
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 14 cup water
  • 10 34 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in greased slow cooker.
  2. Top with onions and mushrooms.
  3. Combine soup mix, water, and mushroom soup.
  4. Pour over mushrooms and onions.
  5. Cover.
  6. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5.
  7. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
