1. Most definitely a 5-star rating in MY book. I loved it. I used low sodium cream of mushroom soup because that's what I had on hand. Served it with wide, no-yoke egg noodles. Had just the right amount of sauce to pour over the noodles. Mmmmm, mmmmmm good. Years ago we had a German Restaurant here in Binghamton, The Schnitzlebank. For whatever reason, this recipe fixed with the noodles tasted just like something I would have had at The Schnizlebank. Wunderbar!!! Thanks for posting.

 2. Very good and very easy. I used Healthy Req Cr of Celery instead of cr of chicken. I also added garlic and salt and pepper. I wish the sauce would have been thicker after cooking. Next time I will thicken w/ cornstarch. Thanx!

 3. This dish was wonderful. Made it today. Really quick & easy & much tastier than the mushroom soup pork chop recipe I've been using. Only 2 of us so only cooked 3 chops & halved the recipe with exception using whole can of soup - also used dash of Kitchen Bouquet as cited in another review. Enough gravy for husband's mashed potatoes & my rice. We both loved it & will have again.. Thanks

 4. I should note first that I am giving this 4 stars because there's really nothing wrong with the recipe. We really didn't care for it at all, however. We won't make it again, but to be fair, the pork was moist and the sauce came out as I think it should have.

 5. This was very good, loved the sauce that it made. I used boneles pork chops and because I didn't quite like the pink-orange color the sauce was, I added about 1 T. of Kitchen Bouquet to color the sauce a little. Will certainly fix again.

I am a mother of three and live in central Pennsylvania. My children were very active in after school activities and found we weren't spending anytime together at meal time. In 1998, I decided to start cooking my dinners in a crockpot so that we could have a home cooked meal together once everyone came home. My children now get so excited to see what we are having to eat and love the smell when they walk in the door. My family calls me the crock pot queen. LOL I use my crock pot everyday of the year.

My three children are now in college and before they come home they request their favorite meal. I still continue to cook in the crock pot for my husband and I. It is nice after a long day to know your meal is ready. It also helps in keeping my grocery bill down. With zaar, I can print my shopping list and that is all I purchase is the ingredients on that list.

Now, my two daughters have been crock pot cooking while in college. They find it is easy to cook for the themselves and their friends. It is an easy way to have friends over for dinner after classes

I still love trying new recipes and purchasing cookbooks, especially crock pot cookbooks.

Happy Cooking!
