  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 13 cups rice
  • 10 12 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, thinned

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Place rice in a greased 9X13 pan. Pour chicken broth over rice.
  4. Arrange pork chops on top of rice.
  5. Pour thinned can of cream of chicken soup over all.
  6. Cover and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
