- 6 pork chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1⁄3 cups rice
- 10 1⁄2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, thinned
directions
- In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place rice in a greased 9X13 pan. Pour chicken broth over rice.
- Arrange pork chops on top of rice.
- Pour thinned can of cream of chicken soup over all.
- Cover and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
