Ingredients Nutrition
- 2 pork chops
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- flour
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
- Dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Brown both sides of the pork chops.
- Combine milk and soup in a bowl then pour the mixture into the skillet.
- Allow gravy to reach a boil, then turn down heat to a simmer and cover the skillet.
- Cook covered for 45 mins or until tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
