Pork Chops With Mustard Sauce & Capers

"This is an insanely simple dinner. The mustard sauce, shallot and capers really make a boring, old pork chop something special. Great with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. - from halfassedkitchen.com"

  1. This was delicious over the pork chops. I didn't have cream or half &half or soy coffee creamer, but I used buttermilk. I also didn't have capers. I thought about using instead of capers, but I didn't. Thanks you for sharing. Chief # 220151
