Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 13 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil.
  2. Sprinkle rice into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  3. Add juice; arrange chops over rice.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour soup over chops.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender.
