  1. Quick and easy, and the sauce was a nice touch! Made minus the thyme (ran out) but was still flavorful with the parsley and nutmeg. Made for 123Hits.

  2. What a fantastic and tasty way to enjoy pork chops!!! I did do things a little different as it is so hot here in FL at dinner time, I grilled our pork chops. Earlier in the day, I made the sauce and then set it aside in the fridge. Once the chops were resting, I just heated up the sauce quickly on a gas burner, adding a bit more milk to thin it. For the ingredients, I used 2% milk, seasoned salt and omitted the nutmeg due to personal preference. Served this with a grilled/baked potato and green beans for a wonderful and healthier meal. I normally find that leaner chops to be dry and really loved the addition of this sauce and will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Newest Tag Game.
