  1. First I must say that I'm pleased to be the first one to rate, review, and photograph this recipe. Now on to my review, I made this for mine and SO's dinner on 4/30/08. Since there was just us, I used two boneless pork sirloin chops. Then I went ahead with the recipe almost exactly as written. I cut the amount of lemon juice in half and used onions sliced into rings instead of chopped. After placing the chops back into the pan,I placed the onions and sauce over the chops. And finished cooking the way the recipe read. The taste was very good, and will be made again. Thank you for posting, and "Keep Smiling :)"

  2. Another fabulous recipe from Seasoned Cook!!!!! I love these pork chops!!! The sauce IS to die for!! It is tangy, sweet but not too sweet and the onions are wonderful cooked in this sauce!! I will definitely make these chops again and again!! Usually, I try different pork chop recipes but I might just have to make these every time I make pork chops!!

  4. These pork chops were soo good. I LOVED the sauce; it was so unbelievably tasty! I sliced my onion rather than chopping it. The pork chops with the large slices of onions on top with that delicious sauce made for a really nice presentation. I'd probably simmer the chops on low for a touch longer next time. I guess I just had thicker chops so they weren't quite as tender as I wanted but they were still just about perfect! Thanks!
