  1. In pan, heat oil; cook pork chop until tender, about 5 minutes. Take out of pan.
  2. In pan, add celery and peppers.
  3. Sauté peppers and celery until tender.
  4. Add mushrooms.
  5. Add Chinese vegetables and pork chop.
  6. In a bowl mix with whisk cornstarch, soy sauce, molasses, and 1/2 cup water till dissolved well; add to pan. Salt and pepper to taste (can add 2 teaspoons dried red chilies, optional).
  7. Serve on warm rice.
