  • Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Dredge cubed pork.
  • Heat oil in skillet. Brown Pork until brown on all sides. Place in Slow Cooker.
  • Return skillet to heat and add onion and apple cider until warm. Then pour into Slow Cooker.
  • Add carrots rosemary, salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Stir. Place bay leaf on top.
  • Cover and Cook low 4-6 hours.
  • Serve over hot rice.

I live a little south of Philadelphia Pa but would realy like to live in the county. Favorite things to do is read and walk my dog. I love working with animals and would like to have a horse some day. I had to give up riding to go to college and work. I like to bake cakes and cookies. I like to cook all types of spicey chicken and pork chops. I also like beef stew with out tomatoes. My least favorite food is tomatoes. Fovorite food is cheese.
