  • 260 g whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
  • 14 cup kraft signature asian sesame dressing
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed, drained
  • 12 cup beef broth (25% less sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter; stir-fry an additional 3-4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add meat mixture and soy sauce; mix well. Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with cilantro.
  • SPECIAL EXTRA: Add 1/4 teaspoons crushed red pepper to the hot dressing along with the meat and garlic.
  • NOTE: To make the lo mein easier to serve and eat, break the spaghetti in half before cooking.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
