Pork Lo Mein

- 260 g whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
- 1⁄4 cup kraft signature asian sesame dressing
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1⁄2 cup beef broth (25% less sodium)
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
directions
- Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter; stir-fry an additional 3-4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
- Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add meat mixture and soy sauce; mix well. Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with cilantro.
- SPECIAL EXTRA: Add 1/4 teaspoons crushed red pepper to the hot dressing along with the meat and garlic.
- NOTE: To make the lo mein easier to serve and eat, break the spaghetti in half before cooking.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
