  • 3 pork loin chops
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk

Directions

  1. Trim fat off of pork chops and cut up the onion into bite size pieces. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Pour the olive oil into an oven friendly pan and brown the pork chops and onions in it (about 2 1/2 minutes per side).
  3. Add mushroom soup and milk to the pan and transfer it to the oven. Cook at 400°F for approximately 30 minutes. It goes really good over potatoes!
