- 1 1⁄4 lbs pork loin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot chili paste
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
directions
- Cut the pork into 1/4" slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger and green onion.
- Add pork and toss in the marinade.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork with the marinade for 7 -10 minutes, turning occasionally.
