  • Cut the pork into 1/4" slices.
  • In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger and green onion.
  • Add pork and toss in the marinade.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork with the marinade for 7 -10 minutes, turning occasionally.
