Pork Poblanos Beans and Bananas

"From a post-it I put in my kitchen cabinet. Since I have banana trees in my yard, I, frequently, have more than I know what to do with. Don't be afraid of the banana, you could even use those older ones. It is a good "stretcher"."

  • If your pork is not ground, you can process it, alone, before adding everything else.
  • Place all in the food processor and blend.
  • This can be used several ways
  • Placed in wonton wrappers, sealed and steamed.
  • Cooked in a skillet and used in tortillas, dressed as you like.
