  1. Melt butter in a skillet and mix in soya sauce.
  2. Saute spring onions and garlic until lightly browned and sauce has reduced.
  3. Place steaks or chops in skillet, cover and cook for preferred time both sides. This will depend on the thickness of the meat.
  4. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
