These were ok!! I think its because I am not big on pork. I made them because I had a pound of pork stew meat. When I put it in the crockpot it didn't look like It was gonna make much. So I ended up putting some slices of purple onion and diced potatoe. With some cumin, chili powder, and at the end I added a little corn. Now that I think about it I think I forgot the onion powder. I topped with lettuce, tomatoe, queso freso, avocado, some lime juice, and sour cream. My husband really liked them.

This was great and smelled so good all day! I served the shredded meat on tiny corn tortillas with fat free sour cream and fat free cheese, onion and avacado. I had to use garlic powder because I didn't realise I was out of garlic. We all enjoyed this and was great scrambled into eggs for breakfast today!
