- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1⁄4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 8 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
directions
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, soup mix, and garlic.
- Slice tenderloins diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.
- Place pork slice and mushroom slices into a bowl with the soup mixture and stir.
- Pour into a large saute pan over medium high heat. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned to your preference.
- Stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in milk and lower heat and cook 4-6 minutes on low until the sauce thickens.
- Serve.
