  • Combine garlic, onion, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey in a self-sealing plastic bag; mix well to blend, add tenderloin; seal bag and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  • Remove tenderloin from marinade, discarding marinade.
  • Grill over medium-hot coals, 20-30 minutes , turning as necessary.

  1. Delicious pork tenderloin recipe! I threw out the marinade that the raw pork was in. But then I whipped up a new batch of it to drizzle on the pork as it was cooking on the grill.
     
  2. I cooked the pork slowly in marinade and used it as a sauce to put over rice. It's a really tasty recipe and now use it all the time.
     
  3. i kept all the ingredients the same but modified the cooking method. i cooked in the crockpot on low for about 10 hours. turned out great. my family enjoyed very much. will use the leftovers for stirfry. thanks!

I love to cook. Since I quit smoking I have gained weight thus I am into low-fat recipes. The most important thing that I have learned is that if it is low-fat and has no taste why would you eat it. My goal is to have a cookbook filled with wonderful tasting recipes which are low-fat.
