  • Broil the chops or steaks for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  • Mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, nuts, apple, most of the parsley and season to taste.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 and press 1 portion on top of each chop or steak. Return to the broiler until golden and then serve sprinkled with the remaining chopped parsley.
