  • Cut pork into strips. Heat the oil and fry pork with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.
  • Stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.
  • Serve hot with rice.
